Our supplier, established in the Baltic States, is among the best in the field of wood house construction.

The combination of a latest-technology production system and a specific knowledge and know-how based on decades of experience enables the creation of wood frame and log houses of the highest quality.

Having benefited from financing from the European Union (notably, from the ERAF) and from private investment, our supplier built a brand new 8000m² factory in 2007. This factory meets all European health & safety standards.

We ensure that all suppliers and partners implicated in the manufacturing process be certified so as to guarantee the quality of our product:

- Our wood supplier is certified FSC (Forest Stewardship Council)
- Our insulation materials supplier is certified ISO 9001:2000
- Our OSB supplier is certified ISO 9001:2000

Based on our control over all of these elements, eco house is delighted to offer you wood houses of the highest quality.

We are proud to use the latest models of machines available on the market for the production of wood frame houses : Randek Bautech AB (http://www.randek-bautech.com). Our machines, made by this Swedish company, guarantee the compliance to Scandinavian and European norms in the fabrication process.
All panels are built in our factory. The average time frame for the completion of an ecohouse wood frame house is 6 weeks.

Once all of the elements are built, the computer-assisted loading process is done so as to deliver the house to its final location. As all panels have been assembled at the factory, the time required to assemble the house is kept at a minimum : 1 week at most.

For our log house production unit, we use modern, German-made machines - Hundegger (http://www.hundegger.de). This equipment allows us maximal automation of the production, enabling us to avoid all possible instances of "human error", but also guaranteeing us a precision level of 0.1mm.
